How much do I pay for delivery service?

NOTHING! Shipping Australia-Wide is FREE on any order.

Tracking your order.

Where possible products are dispatched via track and trace courier. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been dispatched and advising your tracking number which will link to our courier’s web page so that you can keep an eye on progress.
Some times due to shipping address and freight limitations a tracking number may not be available. But rest assured we will keep on eye out for any problems in delivery and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in contact.


Estimated delivery times.

Your order is dispatched from our Melbourne, Victoria warehouse.  The approximate delivery time to main metro areas is 3-7 working days.  Outter metro areas delivery times can very. As a guide, VIC 4-6 working days, NSW 4-6 working days, SA 7-9 working days, TAS 7-9 working days, WA 10-14 working days & NT 12-14 working days. 

Please note our couriers are instructed to have a signature upon delivery. if you are not home at time of delviery, the courier will leave a card with instructions on arranging a re-delivery.  See Delivery Instructions below for further options.

Deliveries are made by our courier Monday through Friday only. (Excluding public holidays)

Delivery Instructions.

1. Signature on Delivery. By default we mark the parcels to be signed on delivery, to assure the parcel is delivered safe and to the correct address. If this is not suitable for you, or you believe you won't be home, we suggest to have it delivered to your place of work. 

2. Authority to Leave. You can also give "Authority to Leave", if you are not home during the day, but know the parcel can be left at a safe place at your residence. Please be sure to specify 'Authority to Leave' at the "DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS' in your cart page. 

You can specify more precisly "Leave at Front Door" or "Leave at Back Door' if either is easly accessible by the courier.

3. By requesting Authrity to Leave, please note that the only confirmation of delivery will be obtained from the delivery driver.  Your parcel may not be delivered if the driver deems the nominated delivery address to be unsafe or not secure. The decision to complete delivery is at the driver’s discretion and will be carded.

By agreeing to these Authority to Leave Terms & Conditions, the customer authorises the Courier driver to leave their order without a signature, and indemnifes Kamer Pty Ltd, and it’s Courier service provider, against any claim for loss and / or damage relating to any items so left.

By providing this consent you acknowledge and agree that, once the courier has left the goods at the delivery address, the complete order has been received.

4. PO BOX. Please note, due to different courier partners we use, we will be unable to ship to PO Boxs.

Orders are only for Australian customers and addresses. We do not accept international orders.
