Refund and Exchange Policy


14 day change of mind policy

At Kamer we know sometimes you change your mind, after you hit that purchase button or once you receive the product. If you change your mind, you may return it to us within 14 days from the day you received it.

We will refund the full amount of the cost of the products purchased. We will also cover and refund the cost of shipping charged to send the items to you and return to our warehouse..

You will require access to a printer to print shipping labels we will email back to you to affix to the carton for returns. It is also important that you can either be home for the courier to receive or have a safe place the times can be left for pick up.

Once we receive the items, they will be inspected to ensure they are in the same condition as they were provided. A refund will then be issued via the credit card or online payment system of your initial payment.

PLEASE NOTE: Items returned must be in as new condition, repacked in original packaging, not used, damaged or washed. Make sure to return in original packaging to ensure a credit.

To lodge a return messages us via the contact form found in the Contact Us page, with your name and order number and we will get back to you promptly to organise  return.



From time to time accidents in transit occur. If you receive the product and notice the packaging and product with clear and significant damage, immediately take photos, refuse to accept the item from the courier and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 2 business days. If you notice the damage after receiving the item, take photos and contact us as soon as possible.



Human error, means that on occasion the incorrect product or colour maybe sent out. Contact us as soon as possible, 2-3 business days if possible, to arrange  and we will organize the correct product to be delivered to you at no cost. Incorrect items must be in new condition, i.e. not used, or assembled or damaged and in original packaging. We will organise the collection and return back to us at no cost to you.



You may cancel an order only before the order reaches our dispatch department. This is usually with in a 24hr period. Contact us as soon as possible and we will assist in canceling your order.



If you receive an item that is faulty, or missing parts, or defective, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible. Ideally within 3 business days. Based on the nature of the claim we will work with you to achieve a satisfactory solution. These may entail,  send you missing parts, suggests a means of repair (with offer of compensation), replacement or offer a store voucher, discount or refund, which ever is approriate.

The Supplier: KAMER Pty Ltd

The Purchaser: Original purchaser whose name appears on the retailers invoice.

In the event of MANUFACTURING FAULT within 1 year of the receipt the supplier will repair or make good the defects or at the suppliers option replace same free of charge, provided the goods are delivered to the supplier or at the suppliers advice to a nominated service representative.

This warranty excludes damage caused during assembly however every endeavour will be made to rectify the problem porovided spare parts are available at the supplier’s discretion.

This Guarantee does not extend to or cover the furniture or any part thereof which in the opinion of the supplier or it’s representative is worn by fair wear and tear or has been damaged or rendered defective by, abuse, misuse, wilful act, negligence, inadequate or improper care, or the reliability or condition of which has been affected by any alteration or repair carried out other than by the supplier or it’s suggested service representative.



The supplier will under no circumstances be liable for any loss, Damage, or injury of any kind whatever to property or persons and at no time shall the liability of the supplier, it’s employees or Agents ever exceed in total the amount of the purchase price paid by the purchaser.
